Innovative technology creates new ways that have developed integrity and complexity. In the current scenario with active drive, the Fourth Industrial Revolution builds on the Digital Revolution, representing new ways in which technology becomes embedded in decision making. With new waves, sustainable economic development needs to be relooked. Where does India stand, in its development of human capital? Has skill development grown with technology, if not, is there any scares to Indian sustainable growth with human capital. Technology and globalization are significantly changing work. Has technology boosted productivity? Should Techeconomics use information economics blend for productive sustainable goals? To investigate these issues firstly, stages in the technology revolution is looked upon to recall shocks. Trends in urban population, migration stock, is analyzed and thirdly, technology facilitators, labor force, devices, and broadband subscriptions are analyzed. Also, India's export of services relating to information and communication is taken into account. Does theory indicate technology has expanded production capacity, however, traditional economic theory and law do they hold relevance today with static technology assumption? Various production laws have developed theory assumptions with absolute static technology. With progress in technology. Indian urban population, in its, technology innovation has acknowledged as passive adapters and an attempt to find and explore innovation is of little attempt. The paper would like to find, if there are very few able-bodied minds that have impacted productive capacity while rest are passive adapters. Penetration has raised scope for the export market, rather a perception is sliding due to indifference and trade-off mindset of the labor force.

Financial Integration, Knowledge Sharing and Economic growth: Does the experience of developing countries differ from developed countries?

Economic growth is still a central macroeconomic goal of every society, whether rich or poor and this study has explored the role of financial integration and knowledge sharing in this regard by assuming that their effect on the economic growth of developing and developed countries may be different. This study has chosen the country classification made by the United Nation’s WESP classification. Feasible generalized least square (FGLS -hetero) approach is used for estimation from a data set of 1995 to 2019 and the results show that financial integration has a positive impact on the economic growth of developed nations but has a negative impact on the economic growth of developing economies. Knowledge sharing, research and development expenditure, institutions, interpersonal globalization have a positive impact on the economic growth of developing and developed economies.

In the contemporary world, advertising is presented to researchers multifaceted
phenomenon. A number of field of sciences are engaged in its study: journalism, sociology,
psychology, economics, Public Relations(PR), etc. The variety of approaches and methods of
studying the phenomenon of advertising proves its versatility and at the same time the complexity
of its study. Advertising as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon affecting all spheres of public
life has recently increasingly found itself in the center of scientific comprehension. The question
of its study is becoming important for a wide range of humanities. The national–cultural and
linguistic research of advertising is acquiring significant significance at the present time. At the

Strengthening of the noticeable influence of the information sphere on the life of a person, on the activities of the state and society has turned into one of the features of social development of the second half of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century. This is determined, firstly, by the scientific and technological revolution in the field of computer technology and telecommunications, new achievements significantly increasing the effectiveness of activities related to information, and secondly, human rights and freedoms in the field of human information activities are noted as the main values of modern civilization.
The protection of human rights and freedoms in the sphere of human information activities, the improvement of the national information infrastructure and the provision of its stable activities occupy an important place in the system of public interests as an information element reflecting the interests of the development of the "information" national economy.
The recognition of truthfulness and fairness, clarity, openness, freedom of expression and information in the first place, depends on the extent to which freedom of expression and freedom of speech are provided in all the processes taking place in society and reforms.
Ensuring freedom of speech and information, openness, clarity of all reforms and processes implemented in most cases depends on how freely and democratically the press and other mass media cover the ongoing processes, since freedom of speech, freedom of media activity is a special sign of democracy.
The article analyzes the main approaches to ensuring freedom of information of the country, formulated the goal, tasks, functions, principles of ensuring freedom of information of the country. More specifically, we will dwell on the legal aspect of ensuring freedom of information.

Handbooks and manuals are noteworthy tools for the guidance of the functioning of
any product or process. Human beings to function optimally have varied needs. The
physiological needs which are required to be fulfilled are hunger, thirst and sleep
while the psychological needs are autonomy, competence and relatedness. The paper
puts forth that the important prerequisite of the content of any handbook manual is to
satisfy the psychological necessities. The paper attempts to review different formats of
operational manuals to study and understand their effectiveness. The paper concludes
that graphics contribute strongly and are appropriate apparatuses to convey
information.

The study aims to find out the factors which have a strong impact on technology-related decisions making. After a deep literature review, various factors that have a great influence on decision making were found out. These are experience, intelligence, information availability, and organizational capabilities. The research is based on a review of literature related to the subject and its analysis. It recommends that for making strategically suitable decisions, the decision-makers should have attributes like individual experience, intelligence, and availability of information and capabilities of the organizations to make suitable decisions. The study adds a much clear picture of the elements and their association with technology decision making. Informɑtion today is a valuable “commodity” which tradeable thus it has high market price because information can contribute significantly in the process of very important decision making especially for organization. The objective of this article is to analyze several variables that significantly affect the planning processes and policy implementation in information and technology resources management. To achieve its objective, this study employed content analysis and eventually formulates a model to be further emphasized in the theme of information technology management. This study found seven important points of view in order to create an effective as well as efficient activities in the organization by utilizing information, technology, infrastructure and comprehensive library and ends up with proper and well-made decisions by the top management.

The 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is rapidly spreading and it originates from  Wuhan City of Hubei Province of China which causes infectious disease Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Most people infected with the COVID-19 will experience mild-to-moderate fever ,cough,sneezing and respiratory illness with no specific treatment available. With the internet, social media have become the most acclaimed tool for freedom of speech, democracy, truth and source of infotainment. In a pandemic situation like the Covid-19 outbreak ,social media has become the most searched venue for information gathering . There are thousands of people spreading information,sensationalism, rumours ,misinformation making it crucial for Governments and experts to fight the  pandemic as well as infodemic.The way people use the internet and social media is changing slowly. The speed at which information spreads on social media is unimaginable nowadays. The aim of the study is to evaluate role of social media on  covid 19 pandemic to understand whether social media is diffusing real information or fake information to the public about covid 19 pandemic.A questionnaire has been prepared regarding the role of social media on covid 19 pandemic and distributed to 100 General public. The resulting data have been analysed using statistical software.More than 70% of the participants(general public ) having negative opinions on the role of social media on covid 19 pandemic .Based on the findings of the present cross sectional study, It can be  concluded that most of the General public of them having a negative opinion on the social media role on covid 19 pandemic and they are aware about the impacts of fake news spreading in social media about covid 19 pandemic .The aim of the study is to evaluate the role of social media on  covid 19 pandemic to understand whether social media is diffusing real information or fake information to the public about covid 19 pandemic.
