computer-based programming language that makes it possible to link together different
software applications.Neobanks cater to a younger, more tech-savvy demographic familiar
with making electronic payments. The banking industry’s future lies with Neobank.
Customers and traditional banks can now seamlessly conduct their business thanks to a
variety of services provided by the platform. The digital revolution is here to stay. Investment
in enabling technologies is expected to rise significantly in the post-pandemic world.

addition to experience, the capacity and technical skills that are essential for any organization's
long-term success. Organizations have often had trouble determining the efficiency, status, and
opportunities of their human resources. Organizations are looking for even more intelligent
choices, from attracting the right talent to maintaining the best talent. HR-analytics has been
mostly used in the Western IT industry, but it is now making inroads in the Indian IT market as
well. HR analytics has a lot of potential in the Indian IT industry, but HR systems, teams, and
people skills have a lot of flaws. This research explores the advantages and disadvantages of HR
analytics, as well as the role of HR analytics in decision-making at IBM, a major player in the
global IT industry. HR engagement, ethics in analytics, and artificial intelligence in HR and
analytics are the main factors in IBM's better use of HR analytics in better business decisions,

Journal of Contemporary Issues in Business and Government, 2021, Volume 27, Issue 2, Pages 3130-3142
DOI: 10.47750/cibg.2021.27.02.321

Aim and introduction:Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the branches of computer science, which is capable of analyzing complex medical data. This technology is helpful in diagnosing disease, treatment, and predicting outcomes in many clinical scenarios. Artificial intelligence is nothing but a natural language processor and does repetitive jobs in a timely manner.  Some disadvantages of AI technology are high initial capital requirement, potential for increased unemployment, which shows that this technology has the potential to replace physicians in future. The main aim of this survey is to assess the  awareness on application of artificial intelligence in medicine among dental students.
Materials and Method:Self-administrated questionnaire was designed based on awareness. The questionnaire was distributed through an online Google forms link. The study population included dental students belonging to the 18 – 26 age group. Method of representation of each output variable was in pie charts and bar graphs. The statistics done using SPSS software, chi square test was done to check the association and a p value of 0.05 was said to be statistically significant.
This survey has been completed in the month of may  2020.
Result:56% of the participants were aware that artificial intelligence is the analysis of medical data without direct human input. From the survey it was evident that 57% of the participants feel that with the help of AI clinical decision and diagnosis can be revolutionized and also found that both male and female students were equally aware of the importance of application of artificial intelligence in medicine(p-value>0.05).
Conclusion:This study concludes that about 59% of the study participants were aware that Artificial Intelligence technology in medicine is beneficial to doctors and also found that both male and female students were equally aware of artificial intelligence. Since AI technology has the potential to develop into an innovative  platform which is capable of analyzing more complex medical data, more awareness has to be created for better understanding and analysis of this technology.

There is not a country in the world which functions without supplying its schools with teaching
content for every grade. This kind of syllabus is called “curriculum”. It is essential to define grade
expectations which should fulfill three chief objectives: pinpointing important teaching content,
characterizing learning progression which, if properly implemented, will enable students to get ready
for professional life and coordinating various mathematical topics. Teachers face a huge variety of
learning methods for their students while choosing concrete topics for different grade levels.
There can bedifferent (either low or high) expectations for grade levels of student preparation.
Efficient teaching should always comply with learner’s intellectual abilities. Thus, implicit
contradiction between meeting grade level expectations and satisfying the personal requirements of
students in inevitable. The connection between knowledge and possible grade expectations leads to
certain dilemma which includes both subjective and objective points of view. The general aims of the
Education 2030 project are about solving this discrepancy

AI can introduce open doors for dominating new abilities and acquiring extra time, permitting HR experts to extend their present parts to be more strategic areas inside their enterprise. Artificial intelligence is adding an individual touch to the new contestants and is enlarging the onboarding encounters of HR by making altered administrations. The sample for conducting this study is collected from the Automobile industry (2 & 3 Wheelers dealership) and the data is collected from the low, middle and top-level management. Tool used to analyze the data collected is Analysis of Variance (Anova), a statistical test of whether two or more population means are different, and therefore generalizes the t-test beyond two means. Results for the test conducted provided that there is no significant difference between the age and the described factors. This study will be useful for the HR professionals, who believe that implementing AI in the field of HR will replace humans and will help them with spending more time for their strategic fields rather than spending time for less prioritized HR functions.
