By combining supply network macro operations and decision-making levels, the study builds an integrated supply chain performance integration measurement scale (SCIPS) framework that offers a more thorough method for investigating supply chain performance measurement. Performance and supply chain-related theories serve as the foundation for the philosophical framework. In addition to looking at performance measures, the study looks into how well the Ethiopian textile industries' supply chains are integrated. Professionals in the textile sector self-reported the data, and bias analysis was carried out using the standard method. Professionals in the textile sector were mailed or administered the survey, and 385 data points were gathered through the properly filled-out study questionnaire. This study's objectives included developing an integrated supply chain performance assessment scale for Ethiopia's textile industries, confirming the factorial design of the measurement, and ultimately identifying the test's psychometric properties. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were utilized to achieve these objectives. To better grasp the regional realities in this subject, a study was done to comprehend and assess the supply chain in the textile industry, along with any probable causes and practices.

The study develops and implements an integrated supply chain performance measurement framework that provides a more thorough approach to investigating supply chain performance measurement by merging supply network macro operations and decision-making levels. The conceptual model framework is built on performance and supply chain related theories. The study investigates the performance of supply chain integration along with the performance indicators in the textile industries in Ethiopia. The quantitative research was used to measure financial measurement indicators, Quality, time measurement indicators, productivity indicator measurement, internal supply chain integration, external or customer integration and information communication technology indicators. The data was treated using SPSS version 20. The data was collected from textile industry professionals through self-reported method and the common method bias analysis was done. The survey was administered/mailed to eighteen hundred (800) textile industry professionals and only (385) three hundred and eighty-five were able to complete the study questionnaire. Eight standardized, valid, and reliable questionnaires were adopted to collect primary data from the employees of top textile manufacturing Organizations’ located in Addis Ababa - Ethiopia. It was found that supply chain integration performance is influenced by the indicators such as financial measures, time, quality, productivity, internal supply chain, and external supply chain and information communication technology. Multiple regression analysis for the hypotheses indicated that: Performance sub-dimensions i.e., financial measures, time, quality, productivity, internal supply chain, and external supply chain and information communication technology significantly predicted supply chain integration performance in Textile industry.

Sincere approaches to practical forecasts in organisations have been accomplished through operative research (OR) since its inception. Scientists have affected forecasts in other disciplines. Forecasting has an enormous social, economic and environmental impact and has a very important aspect of every business. Several prediction models have been developed to help people decide correctly against future uncertainties. However, there are distinct advantages and limitations for every prediction model. It is important to succeed in selecting correct forecasting methods from other alternatives. This paper aims to analyse predictive techniques to forecast car sales results, Ford Mustang. Companies depend on precise projected data to make the right decisions and to predict the business results over a long and short time. Predictions are usually based on historical results, industry comparisons and developments in the sector. Different model time series foresees were used in this phase, for example the moving average, exponential smoothing, the Holt double exponential smoothing, winter’s three times exponential smoothing and ARIMA. The predictions were made on the basis of the annual (non-seasonal) data and the cumulative annual data (seasonal) in the ARIMA model. For both the threefold exponential smoothing system of winter and the ARIMA model, Minitab was used to produce forecast. In addition, the best prediction method for this given set of data was found to be the double-exponential smoothing process used by Holt when calculating the mean absolute deviation.
