This study aims to shed light on the Islamic windows and branches, by explaining what is meant by each of the Islamic windows and branches, with a statement of their characteristics and the legal controls that govern these branches and windows developed in conventional banks, as well as addressing the statements of scholars about these windows and branches developed in conventional banks.
We have reached a set of results, including that banks resorted to opening windows and Islamic branches to keep the bank's customers from heading towards Islamic banks, as well as the desire of banks to compete with Islamic banks after the successes they have achieved, and the difference between the window and the branch is that the branch is in a building independent of the traditional bank, while the window is inside the traditional bank itself and in the same building, and one of their characteristics is that their transactions are distinguished by the approval of the provisions of Sharia, and a set of The controls issued by the legal Supervisory Board, and the scholars differed in the ruling on dealing with windows and branches between Majiz and opponents, and some of them went to the permissibility of dealing with them for the compelled. Its ruling is linked to the extent to which the legal controls issued by the Commission are applied.

A thorough evaluation of the financial markets as well as the business sector is essential as block chain technology and Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) continue to develop in the digital global environment. The goal of this research is to determine whether or whether the market is ready, willing, and able to make use of digital tokens of this type. Overall, this research is aimed at evaluating the preparedness of Indian organizations for receptivity and implementation in daily operations, recruiting, and financial resources. Experimentation in NFT commercialization is a goal of this project. An expert panel of five validates a well-structured questionnaire used in the study. In addition to demographic data and Likert scale questions, the survey contained demographic information and Likert scale questions. This research collects both primary and secondary data for its findings. After conducting a pilot research and meeting with consultants, a standard questionnaire is used prepared and used to collect the primary data. Secondary data is sourced from other fields of study, such as journals, websites, books, and magazines. The Cochran formula for an unknown population selects a random sample of 100 persons with a 10% margin of error and a 95% confidence level because there are no standard data on the number of investors. Out of 93 answers, 72 were selected for the study after the outliers were removed. Professionals in the workforce, employees of large corporations, investors, both professional and private, and members of the company's upper management were all included in the study. Many influential company leaders and managers who implement new strategies, policies, and practises are among those who have agreed to participate in the study. For descriptive statistics - SPSS was used, and for SEM – AMOS was used. Many more people are aware with block chain and cryptocurrencies than of NFT technology, which is surprising. Blockchain-based technology platforms like cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens are premature due to their novelty and lack of effective implementations. An uncontrolled experimentation, which will probably take years to mature and trickle down into commercial applications, where it will have deep and far-reaching ramifications for society

This paper is theoretical and exploratory in nature. The author tried to develop and propose a framework which suggests the course of action for India to be self-reliant in trade of goods. For India to be self-reliant in foreign trade in goods there are two way strategies- One is to increase the exports of the products by promoting excellence which can have significant impact on the economic performance of the country. Two, simultaneously reducing the import of the products which are critically derailing the resources and robustness of the economy. In this proposed self-reliant framework of India's foreign trade, which focuses on trade in goods, the author tried to identify three critical areas of export where India should focus by promoting Excellence which will have multiplying effects on the economy. At the same time, three areas of import have been identified which are draining India's resources, dragging the economic growth and may have cascading effects which can be reduced by promoting self-reliance that is Atmanirbharta.

With 1.41 billion people, more than 900 million people spread around more than 6 lac villages. In the post liberalization period especially during 2003-04 to 2007-08, the Indian economy witnessed high growth. The major drivers of high growth have been LPG policies, improvement in economic and social infrastructure, IT industry, increasing entrepreneurship and many other factors that were transforming India into a major emerging economy. But this growth has been uneven and discrete. The progress in growth has not been uniform and the benefits of growth went to certain sections of the society and by passed marginalized and vulnerable sections of the society. This growth has been termed as jobless growth and has increased regional inequalities. Poor have become more poorer and the divide between urban and rural has increased. India is still the home of world's largest number of poor and under-nourished children. Indian Rural economy constitutes around 46 % of national income. The study highlights the profound changes experienced by India’s rural economy and employment This paper is an analytical effort in the area of financial inclusion and inclusive growth and also provides insight into India’s business context.
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CLOUD COMPUTING AS STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT USING REGRESSION ANALYSIS

As information technology has advanced, there has been a shift toward relying more and more on online cloud storage and computing services. There is no getting around the fact that recent times have seen a meteoric rise in interest in cloud computing. This technology is used by many different organisations as the central component of their information technology infrastructure. The use of cloud computing results in increased data processing efficiency across a variety of computer and storage systems that are available over the internet. The approaches have advanced as a direct result of the cutting-edge and forward-thinking computer procedures that are the foundation of the internet's core database and network architecture. In the 1990s, a new sort of cutting-edge computing known as grid computing came into being. 2005 saw the birth of two new computing paradigms: cloud computing and utility computing. Consolidating several virtual computing components into a single physical platform is one of the most distinguishing features of cloud computing services and infrastructure. These components include the central processing unit (CPU), the network, storage, and memory. A piece of software known as a hypervisor is responsible for isolating each virtual machine (VM) (used by Virtual box and VMware, for example). Using this strategy, one virtual disc or machine may be prevented from directly accessing the memory and programmes of another inside the same environment. This can be accomplished by using a firewall. Through the use of hardware abstraction, it is feasible to conceal the complexity of operating physical computer systems, while at the same time efficiently boosting the systems' processing capacity. Utilizing virtualization technology in the cloud comes with a number of benefits, including scalability and the capacity to support many tenants (one software programme serving many users at once). These properties are essential to cloud computing because they make sharing and pooling resources possible. Sharing and pooling resources provides a number of benefits, some of which include increased business value, more flexibility, and cost savings.
When it comes to the process of moving assets from cloud providers to cloud virtualization users, provisioning is an extremely important step. In order to fulfil the requirements of its clientele, the cloud service provider must create an acceptable number of virtual machines and make available sufficient amounts of resources. This may be accomplished by any one of the following three methods: advanced provisioning, dynamic provisioning, or user self-provisioning. The mechanism by which cloud services and resources are made available, known as dynamic provisioning, faces a number of challenges. These challenges include the correct configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and technological constraints such as disc space, processing power, memory, and network throughput. It's possible that the scalability of virtual machines, the setup of cloud systems, and other aspects of virtualization's deployment might provide some difficulties

Employee performance can be improved by training, which connects job needs to the present job description of the personnel. Aside from that, training is a significant financial and time commitment. The time has come for organizations to examine training programs to see how they affect trainees' performance and behaviour. When it comes to managing their employees, job satisfaction is one of the most difficult areas to address. Every company's most valuable resource is its workforce. A company's success depends on the ability of its employees to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. Organizations' on-going efforts contribute to the development of employees' abilities and capacities.Employees will feel more invested in their jobs when they see evidence that the training program is improving their skills and knowledge. Managers should devise plans to implement or lead training programs that effectively improve workers' abilities at all levels of the organization. Managers must therefore determine what constitutes a good, attractive, and well-managed training infrastructure.
This Paper will focus on studying various determinants of Training and their impact on overall employee satisfaction. Data thus collected has been analysed by using SPSS and AMOS version 26

This study investigates how Multinational Corporations' (MNCs') CSR initiatives have helped to reduce poverty in Odisha, India.
Design/methodology/approach – By means of consulting annual reports, websites, and publications for quantitative information, we have used a mixed-method approach to gather qualitative data by interviewing Managers of five MNCs. The average contribution of sample MNCs to CSR programmes is only 0.52% of profits after taxes, with ranges from 2.96 to 0.15%.
Findings – Results showed that MNCs' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes had little impact on reducing poverty in Odisha District. According to the report, the majority of MNCs do not give as much as they are able to and do not have a policy of giving a decent amount of their profits to CSR with a focus on reducing poverty.
Research limitations/implications – The current study is limited to studying the contributions of MNCs in poverty alleviation by means of only their CSR programs and also the current study is confined to the state of Odisha. Thus, leaving future scope for budding researchers to identify the impact of such programs with respect to other regions and also other activities that may contribute in poverty alleviation.
Practical implications - According to the study, in order to accelerate the movement towards poverty alleviation for a joyful, prosperous, and forward-thinking Odisha, the Government of Odisha must act sincerely and purposefully to encourage MNCs to actively participate in CSR programmes that prove to be beneficial for reducing poverty by providing the necessary policy framework and motivating supports.
Originality/value – This paper is one of a few attempts to identify the contributions of MNCs in poverty alleviation specifically in the state of Odisha in India, by means of CSR programs in particular.
