Raising sufficient tax revenue is one of the main objectives of all governments at any given moment. Thus, any policy that goes in this direction and which does not undermine or compromise the rule of law and threatens the sustainability of the government is a welcome initiative. It is in this light that ‘administrative tolerance’ saw the light of the day in Cameroon’s public administrative land scape. The problem of this phenomenon today is that, the initial basis on which it was introduced, currently threatens its existence due to corruption and selfishness of some administrative officials in both public and private organizations. This study aimed at examining the effect of the synergy between administrative tolerance implementation and tax revenue, on a sectorial basis. The expo-facto research design was used since the data for the study were secondary, and a model was developed to suit the objective of the study. The data were analysed using SPSS Version 23.0 with the use of multiple regression model. The results revealed that Administrative Tolerance manifests a synergistic desparity with Tax Revenue over the period of the study, using the three proxies of Private Secondary School Enrolments as a percentage of Total Secondary School Enrolments, Commercial Services Exports measured at current US dollars and percentage Fuel Export as a percentage of Total Merchandise Exports. Therefore, it was observed from the study that Administrative Tolerance on the Private Secondary Education sector has a significant positive effect on Tax Revenue, while any such tolerance on Commercial Services Exports and Fuel Exports negatively affected Tax Revenue. This study recommends that the government should have a framework for Administrative Tolerance in which specifics on when and how or the extent of such tolerance to each particular sector. A blanket policy should not be used at any given period on all sectors as this may result in negative effects on Tax Revenue.

This paper aims to unveil the psychological aspects in the character, Darashikoh Shehzad (Daru) of Mohsin Hamid’s novel “Moth Smoke” (2000). It uses the story of Daru, a banker who got fired from his job in the bank. He develops infatuation for his friend Aurangzeb’s (Ozi) wife, Mumtaz, got indulged into drugs and misdeeds hence living a deceitful and wayward life. Jungian theory is applied on Daru by the help of content analysis, bringing out ameliorated comprehension of his affinity with Mumtaz. It concludes that the image of Mumtaz in the psyche of Daru is of an internal woman, which in Jungian terminology known as “Anima”, it is an internal image of a woman imprinted on the psyche of a man. Daru falls for her despite knowing that she is a flare who can extinguish him because if Ozi came to know about their affiliation, it would bring on his indignation on Daru. Mumtaz is irresistible for him as she is his anima and therefore his all efforts to avoid her went futile because once a man finds his anima it is impossible to get rid of her.

Power distribution system acts as a bridge between the customers and the utility. With changing times, the consumer’s expectation is not power supply to them but a reliable and quality power supply with timely redressal of complaints. With the advent of IT and mobile technologies changing our lives, consumers expect the utilities with accurate metering and billing free from any errors with facilities like online payment of bills and from mobile applications. Deregulated market operations are adopted by the major electric power utilities throughout the world because of the restricting process occurring rapidly. The only purpose to have stiff competition in the market of power sector is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the firms and at the same time to reduce the overall cost of the electricity and the simultaneous burden on the consumers. There is a constant need for generation, transmission and distribution of the electricity because this energy cannot be stored in large quantity or for a long period of time. Choosing between the parameters, continuous supply of electricity is given due preference over cost of the electrical energy. The deregulated structure has been adopted by the power firms in the nation just to meet the growing need of the power in the nation. There is a need for the formulation of the pool operating and system operating agencies to accommodate the integrated approach of the deregulation in the power sector of India.
Alpha city i.e., Mumbai is the financial and commercial capital of India. Mumbai has three electricity distribution companies (discoms)--the state-run BEST Undertaking, and the private sector companies Adani Electricity and Tata Power Company. Tata Power is also a power generator supplying a bulk of the electricity that the city consumes. Tata Power offers multiple benefits to its consumers with the most competitive and economical tariff, along with delivering excellent customer service at par with international benchmarks.
Mumbai is at a crossroads of threats to its cost and its service leadership, and it is time for utilities, consumer bodies, and regulators to come together and find solutions that will set an example in customer-centricity for the rest of the country to replicate. A good model will be one that enables improvement of efficiencies, reforms in tariffs, reduction of losses, and an improvement in reliability. And utilities will have to take the lead as they have a responsibility towards the citizens of Mumbai. It is time for all stakeholders to come together and plan with a long-term focus towards Mumbai's development and provide a platform to the rest of the country an example of excellence in customer centricity.

network environment. Whenever there is failure in one path, the path can be used and still
the network communication can continue. If there is no failover setup network
communication will be disturbed when there is failure in the path. Problem could on the
switch / routers in that path. On virtualized environmentNetwork Interface Card(NIC) will be
attached to VIOS(Virutal IO servers) and logical partitions will be sharing this NIC through
virtualization technique using the bridge layer SEA (Shared Ethernet Adapter). SEA will be
bridging the traffic between physical adapter and virtual adapters. Each of the LPAR(Logical
Partition) will have virtual ethernet adapter (VEA) and will be communicating through SEA
and physical adapter. In this paper, method to achieve faster failover when there is a failure
identified in one path is being proposed in this draft.
