Abstract
Every nation is suffering from the problem of unemployment where India is also one of them. The participation of both males and females is important for the economic growth of any nation. India is treated as a masculine nation where women are not given much opportunity to accomplish their dreams. Since the last decade government is working to motivate women to come and stand with the male for the overall growth of a nation. This paper will examine the factors that lead to the creation of entrepreneurial intention in Indian women. The paper will also identify the role and relationship between these factors in entrepreneurial intention building. The convenient sampling technique was adopted to interview 402 women who have started or willing to start their own business. The finding show both internal and external forces are equaling contributing to establishing entrepreneurial intention in Indian women. Environmental factors are having an inverse relationship with external forces which is having a significant relationship among them.
