OKSANA A.MINICH

Journal of Contemporary Issues in Business and Government, 2021, Volume 27, Issue 3, Pages 551-559
DOI: 10.47750/cibg.2021.27.03.075

The article discusses the concept of ‘e-learning’ from the point of logical and semantic analysis. The formation of the ‘e-learning’ concept in the context of information development and communication technologies and their implementation in the educational process is analyzed. The ambiguity of understanding the meaning of ‘e-learning’ and ‘distance learning’ terms are established, the relationship of electronic, computer, distance, mobile, mixed, online learning concepts is revealed. Among the meaningful features of the e-learning concept, there are semantic, logical, technological, and didactic aspects. The author concludes that the content of this concept is poorly developed at the didactic level, which leads to the risk of reducing the quality of teaching, ‘blurring’ the effect of e-learning in pedagogical practice. It is proposed to consider the formation of the concept of ‘e-learning’ as a separate new didactic category.

Owing to technological developments in artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR),
augmented reality (AR), and cloud computing (CC), teaching at the university is moving from
traditional to online sphere. This research article investigates how the university teachers teach
students online across specific demographic variables. Through stratified sampling selection, 206
university teachers participated in the self-developed questionnaire survey. The reliability
coefficient of the questionnaire was .91 by employing Cronbach’s alpha. t-test and
ANOVAtechniques executed to analyze the data.It was found that the male university teachers
than females, the sciences’ department than social sciences, the assistant professors than
professors, and lecturers, and the university teachers with any teaching experience can teach students online. Continued research needs to conduct to analyze the university teachers’intentions and attitudes towards online teaching adopting a standardizedsurvey Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).

Journal of Contemporary Issues in Business and Government, 2021, Volume 27, Issue 2, Pages 1470-1478
DOI: 10.47750/cibg.2021.27.02.159

The data acquiring mechanism on the criteria of users-interaction to the users-interface has been developed in the initial stage of this applied science research. The input system gets multiple inhomogeneous texts about the interface actions of a specific user, whereas the vector has been demonstrated by the results that describe the user in a consolidated manner. Moreover, the vector collection for various users has been employed as an input of clustering algorithm (i.e. K-means), the outcomes of behaviors of users are among the one of these (k-clusters) that differentiates the users by their behavioral types. Almost, 67.8% of the Interactional data of the interface of the user is accessible to GlobalLab platform users. However, for the electronic diary (i.e.Diary.ru) there is no corresponding data. Although not every user of the GlobalLab system takes the initiative to create the projects, ideas, questionnaire task, and educational resources, the proportion of learners have been 9.7 thousand whose value with all 4 variables varied according to a neutral one.

The study is carried out on the issues related to adoption and utilization of e-learning technology by employees, e-learning system on organizational learning, and service quality of the e-learning system.  The study has examined the direct impact of adoption and utilization of e-learning technology by employees on the e-learning system on organizational learning. Meanwhile, the study has also examined the mediating role of service quality of the e-learning system. A 5-point Likert scale was adopted for the survey questionnaire for all the items. Number 1 on the scale referred to strongly disagree, and number 5 referred to strongly agree.  The response rate of the study is 58 percent. The data is collected from the undergraduate student at Pakistani public public universities. The time frame of the study is between June 2020 to January 2021. The SEM-PLS is employed for the data analysis , which is one of the robust statistical tool for examining the structural models. It has been revealed by this research that organizational learning is directly influenced by employee satisfaction for the adoption and use of e-learning technology. However, the service quality of e-learning does not have a direct influence on institutional learning. The relationship between organizational learning effectiveness and service quality of the e-learning system has been fully mediated by the employee satisfaction of using e-learning technology.
