The Impact of Supporting Industries on Attracting Foreign Direct Investment: A Case Study in Vinh Phuc Province, Vietnam

Summary: This study focuses on explaining the theoretical basis of the impact of supporting industries (SI) on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI); assessing the state of the impact of SI on FDI attraction into Vietnam in general and Vinh Phuc province in particular. Quantitative analysis results show that, in the field of SI in Vietnam, import suppliers are dominating domestic suppliers, the factor that most affects FDI enterprises' satisfaction level is labor, especially hard-work and progressiveness, followed by quality and attitude of discipline compliance of labor resources. The domestic SI still face difficulties in approaching customers, quality assurance, with outdated technology, lack of high-tech manpower, poor innovative research capabilities... In the coming time, to contribute to FDI attraction into Vietnam, to become a supplier for FDI enterprises, domestic enterprises working in supporting industries (SI enterprises) need to increase the rate of capital investment on technology, improve the quality of human resources, and promote information exchange with FDI enterprises.

This paper is focused on investment planning in the enterprise economic security
management. The actuality of the research is determined by the need for the identification
and usage of the adaptation enterprise system in Russia in the current circumstances of the
domestic problems and changes in the world economic relations. In work was formed the
mechanism of realization the current investing planning (CIP). Besides, authors have
highlighted the stages that provide factors of economic security of an enterprise in a shortand
medium-term perspective. The research aim is in the development of the mechanism of

Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on The Performance of Vietnamese Seafood Exporting Enterprises

The objective of the paper is to evaluate the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the performance of Vietnamese seafood exporters by testing multivariate regression models through software SPSS. The study was performed on 315 observations with the surveyed subjects as directors, deputy directors, heads of human resources departments, heads of CSR departments of enterprises operating in the seafood export sector. As a results, CSR has a direct positive impact on the company's performance and has an indirect positive impact onthe firm's performance through factors of business values such as employee loyalty, loyalty of customers, corporate reputation and the Government's trust. This result implies that the implementation of CSR will bring positive effects to the business performance, so businesses need to further improve their CSR implementation effectively

The research objective is to apply business intelligence techniques to take advantage of
an existing system's conditions and increase the low-cost capabilities in its Extract,
Transform and Load ETL processes with snapshots integrating the company's information
web services. The methodology used for the development was HEFESTO, the development
time was one week applying agile methodologies, achieving a short development with welldefined
and easy-to-understand phases; the tool was the Pentaho BI Suite. Using open
source tools, the cost was reduced through the proposed architecture with the repository
type and the DataMart with a departmental approach to the problem, increasing its
decision-making capacity.
