In performance management individuals share their understanding of contribution to an
organizationsgoal. The basic purpose of this paper is to understand whether employees are able
to understand suppositions of management or if there is any discrepancy in doing the same. The
paper also aims to describe how performance management forms a tool for creating a high
performancework culture. This researchpaperfocuses on the impact of performancemanagement
on employee and their individual growth. Finally it tells how organizationcan give better work
environment to employees so that they become productive. It also talks about how important
performance management is supposed to be understood by both management and employees so
that there is clarity in their expectations. Thus it is very important for an organization to see to it
that a high performance work culture is created for growth of the organization.
In the present world where competition is too high, it is prominent for a company to concentrate
on the skill set of employees so that progress of the employees can be tapped into. A greater
responsibility lies on the management of the organization to create a high performance
workenvironment so that employee’s progress and finally the organizational objectives are
The study also concentrates on making the organization understand where it is lacking in terms of
giving the best of the employees. It helps create transparency where both employee-employer
expectations are brought to light for the betterment of the organization in terms of performance.

The study aims to identify the extent at which effective management of HR practices can
increase productivity and improve poor performance within the organization. Six major human
resource management policies and practices were selected from previous research and analysis
was run on a sample of educational institutions of Karachi, Pakistan. Questionnaire,comprised of
standard items, wasdeveloped, and circulated in various educational institutions to gather
responses. The results generated through the application of SPSS concluded that out of six
independent variables, only succession planning and employee satisfaction were found to have a
significant impact on organizational productivity. Based on the analysis the study found that
educational institutions must pay much more attention to the proper management of their human
resources and motivate teachers to realize their skills and competencies to create competitive
advantage. To conclude, it could be said that effective management of human resources is very
vital to any organization ranging from small to large scare enterprise to sustain productivity.

The results of the study have indicated that in order to secure the lifelong success of any banking institution the retention of key bank employees have been critical factor to be taken into consideration. It has been observed that it is more profitable for organizations to have good and attractive brand name, which reflects employees’ perception of employer and their beliefs and values about the bank. By providing employees with social security, economic stability and career development, they will be more satisfied, more committed towards keeping the brand name and are less likely to leave for another banks. Therefore, it becomes necessary for the bank employers to keep their employees happy and contended in the bank culture by providing them an attractive work environment
