Do Political Instability and Size of GovernmentimpactEconomic Growth in Pakistan: New Insights from Tada and Yamamoto Causality

Present research explores the role ofthe size government in economicdevelopment. The
research endeavors to investigate the impact of political instability, size of theGovernment on
economic growth in Pakistan. The data on political instability iscollected from Integrated
Network for Societal Conflict Research and the indicator forthese variables is Polity II. Data
for the size of the Government is taken from theEconomic Freedom of the World Annual
Report (2019). The annual time series data covering the period of
1976to2018forempiricalanalysis. ARDL and thegrangernon-causalityTota-
Yamamotoestimation techniques have been used for empirical estimation. It was concluded that
political instability has inverse impact on economic growth. The size of the government as
measured by index and reduction in political instability have positive impact on economic
growth. It was suggested to enhance the role of the government to promote economic growth
that further led to economic growth.

Association Of Gender And Caries Experience Based On Dmft Index - Retrospective Analysis Of Patient Records

Dental caries is a very complex disease affecting people worldwide. Its incidence is witnessing a decline in developed countries due to proper availability of fluoride products, better oral health services, and awareness regarding etiology of caries. To apply measures which can prevent or control caries , DMFT indexes are used which is one of the most important quantitative factors, in measuring tooth caries level of an individual.The aim of the present study was to determine association between DMFT score and gender in adult patients who reported to a Private hospital in Chennai. An institutional record based study was done to assess the association between gender and caries experience in outpatients.The study was carried out on an one-year period,       (June 2019 to April 2020) on a total of 4643 patients ( 2541 males and 2102 females) records which were analysed for DMFT index. The results obtained were analysed through SPSS software. From the results obtained the DMFT score of 8-14 was found highest among 44.2 % patients. DMFT score of 0-7 was highest in males compared to females. DMFT scores of  8-14, 15-21 and 22- 28 were highest in females compared to males. (p value = >0.05).The study concludes that higher caries experience was found among females than males but the study was insignificant..

The article examines methods for assessing the level of innovative development of agriculture and its ervice infrastructure sectors. In the process of development, the innovative development of the infrastructure that serves it is scientifically justified. Uzbekistan has developed a conceptual model for the formation and development of innovative infrastructure in the agricultural sector, taking into account the conditions and factors of innovation policy. The effectiveness of innovative infrastructure in agriculture is considered in terms of strategic, economic, and social effectiveness, from the point of view of state and territorial authorities, economic entities in agriculture, and entities receiving innovative infrastructure. The methodology for determining the impact of innovative development of agriculture and its service infrastructure on efficiency has also been improved.
